At Seas The Day Accounting, we're different than other accounting firms. We can certainly perform all the tasks of a good accounting firm but we take it a step further. We're Profit & Growth Experts, which means that we help our clients:
- Collect all of the invaluable information they receive from their accounting
- Help them understand it and
- Consult them so they can use that information as knowledge to make the wise business decisions that will help their business become more profitable.
Our goal is to help each business owner we work with to fulfill their dreams, to have a successful business that runs at 100% regardless of whether or not the business owner is there. That way, they have the freedom to do the things they WANT to be doing.

Tom moved to Wilmington, NC from Virginia after which he graduated from James Madison University and earned his CPA. After working for a local accounting firm, he decided to become an entrepreneur and start his own local CPA firm to give local small business owners an affordable option to get help growing their businesses with "100% Accounting".

Rick was born in Wilmington, NC but grew up in Utah and moved back to Wilmington in 2008.
He has worked as a Business Coach for the past 10+ years and has worked individually with hundreds of business owners, across North America, to help them grow their businesses.
He also teaches "business improvement" seminars, is a certified Professional Bookkeeper, Value Builder Adviser and Law of Attraction Practitioner.
In his free time, Rick enjoys watching sports ( Go Heels!) and taking his 2 dogs, Sam & Bella, to the beach.
